食豆減肥兼減碳

踏入春天又係時候進行mission impossible:減肥! 如果大家好似記者咁,要食得飽先有力氣減肥的話,就要食多啲豆喇!

加拿大St Michael's Hospital幾日前一項研究指,每日食一份豆類,可以製造飽足感,唔使特別節食都減到磅!適逢今年係聯合國國際豆類年,一齊睇吓食豆有乜好處啦!



唔止食豆有益,連種豆都係低碳!
